Cervical surgery is performed when pathological changes are identified that do not respond to conservative therapy or pose a risk of precancerous or cancerous conditions
Main indications:
- Cervical dysplasia (CIN I–III)
- Leukoplakia with atypia
- Ectopia complicated by inflammation or bleeding
- Cervical canal polyps
- Benign neoplasms prone to growth
- Suspicion of precancerous or early cervical cancer
- Recurrent changes after previous treatment
The goal is to remove pathological tissue, prevent disease progression, and preserve reproductive function
